Complaints Procedure:

Should any clients have concerns or complaints about our services, we do apologise and aim to rectify any shortfalls within our management. Please give us a call on our office number 02089693322. If your concerns fail to be addressed following your call, please see the formal John Barclay Complaints Procedure below.

Stage One: Enter your details into the box found below and express your concerns in as much detail as possible so our Services department (info@johnbarclay.co.uk), who deal with all formal complaints, know where to look.

Stage Two: Our Services Team have up to 14 working days to acknowledge any formal complaints launched and form a response detailing their next course of action.

Stage Three: As all complaints are taken seriously, John Barclay have 14 working days after our Services Team acknowledge the complaint to launch an internal investigation regarding the clients concerns.

Stage Four: The Services Team will then compile a report addressed to the plaintiff with a breakdown of what course of action has been taken to rectify any issues within John Barclay, they are also within their right to address any misunderstandings between the plaintiff and John Barclay.

Stage Five: Going forward, after any necessary changes have been implemented, should the plaintiff still experience a level of dissatisfaction in our services, the case will be brought to the Partners of John Barclay where they will make a final decision on what course of action is necessary.

Please note all formal complaints are kept on record for a number of 5 years as GDPR Regulations stipulate that we may not keep any records with personal details of clients for any time longer than required.
