Refurbishments:

We have a fully qualified team that can offer bespoke refurbishments suitable for any property; from basic minor repairs to major refurbishments and extensions. Our expert team of builders are here to help achieve your vision.

The team consists of fully registered Builders, Plumbers and Electricians and guarantee any work completed.

The team will visit the property asses the required repair/refurbishment offering comprehensive competitive prices for the job at hand. All health & safety protocols are followed and in some cases exceeded.

EPC/ Floor Plans

We use a registered company for all our EPC/ Floor plans that can be arranged with minimum inconvenience to you or your tenants and colour copies sent via email within 24Hrs.

Gas Safety Certificates

All our properties have valid Gas certificates which are renewed on an annual basis in accordance to new legislations.

Gas safety certificate is carried out from the pickup of keys to a complete report and valid certification. All our Gas Engineers are registered easily found on the Gas Safety Registrar.

Plumbing

Our plumbing work is carried out by PLUMBMATRIX. We work in conjunction with this reputable local company who are efficient, reliable and cost effective. All John Barclay clients are eligible for preferential rates.

They carry out repairs to small leaks to major plumbing including installing new bathrooms, kitchens and boilers. All installation work is carried out to the highest standard within the legal requirement.

All the tradesmen are again registered on the Gas Safety Registrar including Corgi registered.

Electricians

We have access to qualified electricians who are available at short notice and can check small issues like a short fuse to a major re-wire of an entire house. They can safe guard any electrical problems and warrant that all wiring meets current standard and legal legislation.

Cleaning

We have an in house cleaner as well as a company that can do weekly domestic cleaning, after refurbishment cleaning/ shampooing carpets etc.

Our Admin team can arrange a weekly cleaner to attend your property, provide access and arrange for mail to be picked up and any other ad-hoc duties that are necessary.
